2-year statutory warranty
All Bauer appliances bought from our partners in Serbia have a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. Detailed terms are listed in the warranty card supplied with the appliance.
What to keep
Keep the fiscal receipt and the warranty card supplied with the appliance – you will need them to claim the warranty.
How to claim the warranty
If the appliance does not work properly, contact the retailer you bought it from or go directly to one of the authorised service centres. Bring the appliance, the fiscal receipt and the warranty card. Our support team is also available for any questions.
